I really like this place. They serve pretty good thin crust, pizza have their own style of root beer. The decor is interesting in itself and gives it a rather hometown feel. Five stars for uniqueness

Great food, great times, amazing atmosphere, recently expanded beer menu(thank you) mom and pop vibe! DEFINITELY an experience. Basically a Coke museum. Also the daily lunch specials are delicious, filling, and a great deal at just $10 you get an entree two sides and a side salad, just $11.50 if you add a drink!! GREAT VALUE!

Sandy's is where my wife and I came to 19 years ago on a date. We sat in the Elvis booth. The food was great and service was good and the atmosphere nice. We stopped in today it is the same wonderful experience we had 19 years ago. We loved the pizza and bread sticks.

Tasty root beer on tap, pizza to order comes out hot and fresh, optional salad bar, decore is awesome country tin sigh theme, old collectable toys and rock music statues. Fun family experience!

A localized favorite. Not being from there, it is ok, it's pizza. They do have a unique sweet red pepper that is tasty that is added to several pizzas. It is decorated nicely. They have a special root beer on tap, unfortunately, it was out when we were there. Service was friendly, however we did have a couple mix ups on our party's order. One thing I hear from everyone in the region is that they want the salad bar back.

Went on Mother's Day... There were only 2 people working. Large crowd, they were very stressed but they still got us handled and with a good attitude. Pizza was great and we tipped them really good for being short handed but making sure we were taken care of. I was impressed by them

Great bunch that 💪 works here... they always get my orders the way I want them and courteous to get me a drink if I have to wait longer than they told me it would be . They get busy, and delivery can take longer at times, so I normally pick up my orders. It is almost a custom to get sweet red peppers on your pizza or Strom. I have been to a lot of pizza shops, and this little gem is awesome on its own!

Me and my softball team visited Sandy's after our game and we had a blast took many pictures with Elvis a statue in the booth service was amazing with our party of 17! definitely will be visiting again

My wife and I ordered a medium combination pizza that was $10.49 and an order of cheesy bread sticks. The cheesy bread sticks came out quickly with 2 containers of cheese dip and one marinara, they were quite good, fresh. The mozzarella on the bread sticks was tasty. There was more than the 2 of us could eat. The combination pizza was great with all the flavors you'd want on a pizza: Olives, mushrooms, pepperoni, sausage, lots of cheese. The crust was just right, not to thin, not too thick. A big plus is that the drinks are free, self serve. We got out of there for less than $20 plus tip. This place is old, but it has a lot of great character, go check it out.

Pizza, good stuff. Would eat here again. Definitely try the root beer on tap. Stromboli is very good. I really like the aesthetics of the place, really cool vibe. Bathrooms are clean and there is a changing table in a spot where moms or dads can access it and that really speaks to me.

Sandy's has been a little on the pricy side for a long time but I've tolerated it because of the sweet red peppers they have, which is the best part of their pizza. However, it's starting to get to be a little too pricy. Including an hour drive each way back towards where I grew up just to get to the restaurant, granted I only stop by when I have other reasons to go back to that area, two large pizzas and an order of bread sticks was nearly $60. I love the pizza, but it's getting too expensive to order from them even if I lived around there still.

I give the great staff & great pizza five stars!!! They work so hard & they cook lovely food. We got to meet the owner while visiting to pay. However he's unwelcoming & rude. Greeted myself with my husband at the counter. He's fixing a prepaid phone (in the kitchen) with the sim card for gps tracking his delivery drivers. All while phone's ringing & the owner refused to answer phones when other customers had to be put on hold. We pay, wait in our vehicle, notice I'm missing an order & I messed my pie order up while ordering on the phone. I go back, by myself, in to explain my order. Their cashier was helping me order a new pie & trying to get my misplaced sweet peppers we ordered from a previous order. (My mistake on not communicating correctly in my first order.) The owner tells the cashier to "answer the phones & ignore her". When the same cashier was in the middle of fixing the missing peppers from my first order & ringing up the second order. All I wish for is the workers getting higher salaries & better respect. The owner & his Tesla can be rude outside of his own restaurant. If he's inside leave & don't get disrespected.

There's so many "meh" quality pizza places around that it can be difficult to weed out the good from the bad. If you're looking for great pizza look no further than "Sandy's Pizza", they've got the best pizza in the tri-state!I get sick of all those "bargain" pizzas from the big chain restaurants, that really aren't that good, but you settle for because of their internet specials. With Sandy's you get an excellent pizza cooked to perfection, loaded with delicious toppings. The sweet red peppers are a personal favorite! Staff is nice and friendly too!

Great pizza. First time eating pizza here in 3 years. They need some help in kitchen. 25 min wait ontop of the 50 min wait they said it would be. Went to get pizza and the place only had 3 groups of people in the restaurant eating. Other than that, great experience.

The food was awesome as always! The staff was great considering how many people showed up unexpectedly due to the basketball tournament. Always a great place to have large parties with a reservation.

Hands down the best pizza I've ever ate!!!! Sausage and jalapeños 10 inch and apple desert is highly recommended plus drivers they deliver to the truck stops and hotels!!!!!

Recent visit didn't go too good but pizza was good in the past. Hopefully this was a one off. The marinara dipping sauce and pizza sauce literally tasted and smelled like beer. Very friendly and helpful waitress though.

Sandys was very busy the night we got pizza, so it took longer than usual, but always worth the wait. The pizza with Stromboli meat,pepperoni and sweet red peppers was great and the chicken cranberry salad was fantastic!!

To all my trucking friends. This place delivered to us at the Loves truckstop and they didn't disappoint! Although they forgot my garlic dipping sauce they were very prompt about bringing it to me. For our trouble they brought us 2 bottles of their root beer which is so delicious! Please support this place and you will not be disappointed. The pizza and wings we order was so good!

Great local pizza restaurant. The restaurant itself is decorated with nostalgic Americana themes. We came here for the Sunday buffet. Due to the smaller size of the restaurant, the selection of pizza was limited. What it lacked in variety, it made up for in quality and taste. Included in the adult buffet is even one beer or wine. They had dessert pizza (Apple) and soft serve ice cream. Definitely recommend.

Went for the buffet tonight. There was limited pizza available when we got there but after we sat down, a waitress asked how the buffet looked and if she could make us anything which I thought was great. I love the buffet here. It's a great price that includes, the pizza bar, pasta bar, salad bar, ice cream and drink.

I have Sandy pizza at least twice a week. I drive from Evansville Indiana just to come have it.The chicken bbq pizza is utterly delicious. I love it. The general manager is always nice and make you feel like you’re a guest and not jus a customer she goes beyond to make you feel welcome and you’re very satisfied before leaving.The staff is great as well....

Pizza is very good! Love the sweet red peppers! The combination is what we got it had a few too many olives for me. But my husband really likes them. The cheesey bread is very good we didnt get it before our meal which was kind of disappointing. But it was delicious. We was here on a Sunday evening and they had 2 large parties in the back and they could have used another waitress. But overall it was a good place to eat.

Awesome pizza with cracker style crust. Staff is always nice and attentive and the interior is always clean and fun to look at with all of the Coca-Cola memorabilia. Also, they have Sprecher root beer on tap which is a huge plus.

Great atmosphere and even greater pizza. I ordered the all meat with the "sweet reds" (red peppers) and it was delicious. The crust was thin and crispy and the pizza was baked to perfection. Being from out of town and eating our local pizza, this is definitely a nice change from our usual pizza. Sandy's is a place you should give a try, because you'll come back often. Oh, and our server was excellent too. Her recommendations for the pizzas we ordered made a huge difference.

The particular pizza sauce they use is the exact taste I love. Sweet red peppers are like candy. The service is professional and the people are warm and friendly. The thing that stands out with this establishment is the decor and atmosphere. I would live inside it if I could!

Unique interior...there's vintage things all over the walls and ceiling. Kids of all ages love the ice cream machine...self-served. Salad bar is great. Daily lunch buffet. Dinner buffet Tues and Wed nights. Id say most people develope a craving for their sweet red peppers. Barbecue Chicken pizza without the jalapeños is my favorite. Give this place a try.

Pizza is awesome. The fact that they don't keep fresh pizzas coming out on the buffet makes it not worth the drive for us. I understand food cost but gas is expensive and time is priceless. I heard about there pizza a lot. Finally had it for lunch 4 days in two weeks. The Root beer is sooo good tho

Nice Local Pizza Place--Always very busy--they have buffets, and you can order from a large menu, along with free refills and ice cream. It is a nearby, very good local pizza place. Don't miss their pizza with the cherry peppers!

Today I tried the Sunday buffet. Great ice cream and selection of pizza. I also enjoyed the root beer that they had on tap. Though the food was good I did have a issue locating the correct public entrance to the building. After that I did not find a sign posted stating if I should wait to be seated or even be greeted before begining the buffet. Once I approached a employee they were friendly and took care of me. I enjoyed the atmosphere with multiple TV's that provided different sport stations. I'd suggest this local brand over a national chain.

Tonight I ordered a pizza breadsticks and cheesy sticks. Was hesitant to because the last time I got food it was not very good. But that had been a while ago and I was craving Sandy's! My pizza is amazing. Cooked to perfection! When the delivery man showed up with it I asked about the 2 liter I had ordered and he said that they didn't have any and told me he would make sure they gave me a credit for next time. No problem. I ordered online and I know how sometimes online can say you have something and you really don't. About 10 mins after the delivery man left I got a knock on the door. It was the delivery driver with a bag of 8 or so can drinks. He smiled and said "Merry Christmas ". That was incredibly sweet! Thank you Sandy's!

Sandy's has amazing pizza, a great salad bar, delicious strombolis, and yummy breadsticks. The sweet red peppers are the best I have ever eaten - they are marinated and so good. We have eaten the buffet at Ft. Branch over the course of 15-17 years, and the pizzas at the Princeton location are every bit as good. I wish the Princeton location was eat-in also instead of only pick-up or delivery. The Ft. Branch decor is fun and the local items make for great dinner conversations.

Ate at the Ft.Branch location last night, as always, it was AMAZING! Ashley took excellent care of us. She was so pleasant and upbeat. They were cranking out fundraising pizzas and you could hear her in the background giving them encouraging pep talks, telling them they were doing an amazing job. That right there is how you run a good business! Great job Ashley!!

My boyfriend and I are from the Chicago burbs where pizza is judged pretty strong. Now that we live in Princeton we both agree the ONLY pizza place in town that definitely can go head to head with the top pizza places in Chicagoland is Sandy's. It's such a welcomed taste of home and means a lot to us. We tried "the competition" that's very close to Sandy's (Princeton location) and had to walk out after 2 bites. We don't appreciate cardboard tasting "pizza" Sorry, Bobes. Sandy's wins 10 stars. Sandy's pizza is absolutely phenomenal. Chicago's best - right here in Princeton. When I compare I literally mean Sandy's is head to head with Chicago Pizzarias like Uno, Duo, Gino's East, Giordano's, Edwardo's, Pal Joey's, Luigi's (not a chain: one building) Campagna's and the like. Some of the best pizza in the region. Be sure to get the sweet red peppers on top! All sizes from one person personal pizzas to giant 30-inch pies that only fit in the trunk of my car! They also have huge strombolis, hot ham and cheese, and chicken bacon ranch sandwiches. Prices are great, and the staff is friendly and courteous. Everything is made fresh to order so they can take a little longer to make everything, but it's all WELL worth it.

We ordered online. Online said our pizza was ready, but it was not when we got there. However, it did come out fairly quick and was hot and good. I asked for mine well done, and it did not come well done, but it was still pretty good. This is not our go to pizzaplace, but it is nice for a change every once in awhile.

Being pregnant, wanting what I want is kind of something that happens. I decided I wanted a Stromboli, and was set to get it. It was about 9pm, I called & was told that they would be open until ten for customers, and 11 for businesses. I tried to call at about 9:20 and didn't get an answer. I ended up driving there, pulled in with an open sign. I parked and walked to the front and they had shut all of the lights off. It was about 935. The young lady in management that night, Kayla, opened the door and told us they had to close due to labor costs and not getting enough business that night. I completely understood, and explained to her I had called and was told they would be open until 10 for customers and 11 for business. She asked what we were wanting, I told her two Stromboli's. She very kindly told us she would make them for us, and to come inside and we could pay and get the food. I was very impressed with the service and she was extremely kind about the situation. Thank you, Sandy's Princeton! We will be back again! And as for Kayla, I was told she was new to management, and I am very impressed with the was she handled that situation. Well trained and very sweet.

They are my go to pizza on Monday and Tuesday and a huge plus is they deliver to Oakland city!! They make a good solid pie and there crust holds up good to multiple toppings that would "break" a wimpy crust. It's been three weeks since my first review tonight got the large pie double cheese, double pepperoni, mushrooms and extra sauce ( if a place has a great tasting sauce always get double sauce it helps carry all the flavors, also makes for the best day after pizza because all the sauce doesn't " dissappear" into the crust had it cooked well done. Dang good pie. Tonight also got the 12" grinder for the first time and it's a darn good sandwich but I would make it with cheese on the bottom and top to help keep all the toppings encased in that fantastic dairy gooeyness because they really load this mother down. Good quality ingredients, fast delivery, not skimping on the toppings and most importantly their employees generally seem to be positive pizza people.

The owner is a fantastic man and you'll receive fantastic service. The pizza is probably good too. Haven't had it yet, had to write this review first. Yeah the service is that fantastic. EDIT: The pizza is fantastic too.

Just a little bit ago I received a call from the store manager Julia, at Sandy's Pizza in Princeton, she called to apologize for not returning any of my calls. She explained the new procedures they are having to do with the new accountant and how instead of taking a few hours to get an answer it now can take up to a few days. All is forgiven, as I said before this was never about the quality of the food it all had to do with how I was treated by the store manager. The discrepancy had been taken care of already so Julia, didn't have to call but she did and for that reason I will continue to do business at Sandy's Pizza!!!
